As a Server at Inspiration Brewing Co., you're the face of the guest experience — delivering warm, attentive service from the moment a guest sits down to the moment they leave.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide prompt, effective, and attentive service to every table throughout the guest's visit
- Maintain clean, organized tables and proactively pre-bus throughout service
- Confidently upsell menu items, food specials, and our in-house beer selections
- Manage time effectively across multiple tables to keep service smooth and unhurried
- Build genuine rapport with guests through friendly, attentive interactions
- Work closely with kitchen staff, bartenders, and fellow servers as part of a team-first environment
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2 years of full-service serving experience
- Experience with table maintenance and upkeep throughout service
- Comfortable prebusing tables as a regular part of service
- Confident upselling menu items to guests
- Strong time management and the ability to give prompt, effective service
- Friendly, guest-focused attitude and a genuine team player
AVAILABILITY
- Weekend availability required
- Part-time availability of 3–4 shifts per week
License/Certification:
- PA RAMP Server/Seller Certificate (Required)
